There’s a brief lull in the world of Dota 2 currently as we prepare for the OGA Dota Pit Minor, which comes our way from Split, Croatia from the 22nd of April. For those of you itching for some Dota 2 action; here’s a list of all the events that you can catch all the way up until the Minor begins or while we slave away in Auto Chess for those hard-earned victories.

American, Chinese and Southeast Asia regional qualifiers will all kick off in

under 24 hours – but the Europe and CIS have something a little different. You

the Betway Asian Dota 2 League. The tournament begun on April 7th

and runs all the way through to the 20th with a total of eight teams

On April 13th, the TI winners will have their chance to show off their skills against the brilliant AI. The game won’t be the only offering of the day as the OpenAI team will also give us a short presentation on the future of AI versus human opponents. American Avengers Cup

On a smaller scale, the last few days have been full of Dota

2 action with the American Avengers Cup. The event kicked off on April 4th

and in just a few hours time it will continue as it reaches its playoff stage.

There were originally a total of eight teams fighting for the $10,000 prize

  World Showdown of Esports

Next on our Dota 2 calendar is the World Showdown of Esports

  – which will see Team Serenity defending their title. At the first Dota 2 event

of WSOE last year, Serenity were able to take the title, but this year would be

a lot tougher for the young Chinese squad. While less teams were participating

at the event, the level of competition was definitely much higher and a

best-of-seven final would be required to claim the spoils too. The action from

WSOE’s Dota 2 showdown kicks off on April 13th and the teams

  involved are:

  ESL One Mumbai 2019

The final event on the list of pre-Minor tournaments to

check out is ESL One Mumbai 2019. Starting from April 16th, we’ll

witness a mass of 12 of the best Dota 2 teams in the world heading to India for

the premier event for the region. While it is not a part of the Dota 2 Pro

Circuit, ESL One Mumbai is set to be an epic event with some of the best teams

in the game fighting for their share of $300,000 right before the Minor.
